Khaghik is published by Mariam Karapetyan, Armenia. This page explains how a parent can delete a Khaghik account and the data that belongs to it.
Delete the account in the app. Open Settings, pass the grown-up check, then go to Parent zone → ☁️ Parent account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes at once from our server:
- the parent account (email address and the password hash);
- every child's profile and learning progress saved with the account;
- any password-reset codes.
Backup copies of our database are kept for 14 days, so the deleted data disappears from them within 14 days as well.
Delete without the app. If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and write "Delete my Khaghik account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
Delete only one child. In Parent zone, open the child and choose Remove this child. Their profile and progress are deleted from the phone and, with an account, from our server.
Without an account. Nothing is stored on our server: all data stays on the phone. Deleting the app deletes it.
What is not deleted. Anonymous usage statistics (for example "first lesson completed") are not linked to your account, your name or your email, so they cannot be traced back to you. Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
