1. The app. Khaghik is a learning app for children, published by Mariam Karapetyan, Armenia. By using the app you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian should set up the app and accept these terms for their child.
2. Free and Premium. Part of the app is free. Premium gives full access to the learning content and extra features, as described in the app.
3. Subscriptions. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get 7 days free. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel or manage the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their rules.
- Prices are shown in the app and the store, and may change; you will be told before a price change applies to you.
4. If Premium ends. Your child's profile, stars and rewards stay; Premium content is locked again until Premium is renewed.
5. Use of the app. The app and its content (texts, drawings, characters, voices) belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't copy, sell or change it.
6. No guarantee. We work hard to make the content correct and useful, but the app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use the app, as far as the law allows.
7. Changes. We may update the app and these terms. If terms change in an important way, we will tell you in the app.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Your rights under the laws of your own country are not affected.
